We are the preferred way to cross the Solent for nearly five million customers. With our fleet of seven car/passenger ferries and two high speed passenger catamarans operating across three routes, we make over 160 per day at peak times.

In order to maintain and improve our excellent services we are looking for conscientious, customer-focused, experienced staff for a number of posts shown below. Previous ferry experience would be beneficial where appropriate.
