IOW Steam Railway: Wizard Week

It’s wickedly, wonderful fun this half term at Isle of Wight Steam Railway as witches, wizards and other ghouls take over Havenstreet.

Halloween wouldn’t be complete without a touch of magic, and Isle of Wight Steam Railway have a real-life magician ready to dazzle you with tricks. You might even have the chance to become a spooky apprentice and assist with some enchanting spells.

Keep your eyes on the skies as the majestic birds of prey from Haven Falconry swoop and glide. Is there anything more Halloween-esque than an owl? They call it “owl-oween” magic.

Make your way to our events barn for enchanting magic shows by their amiable wizard, Professor Crump.

Embark on a spine-chilling treasure hunt trail, exploring the grounds before hopping aboard the steam train. Here, a crafty witch will be dishing out treats (and perhaps a few tricks). Sit back and enjoy a ride through the “haunted” woodland, if you dare.
