We know how important it is to provide up to date travel information to our customers. We update the Service status section of our website routinely every morning and again if more than one sailing is delayed by 20 minutes or more since the last message was posted. We’ll post another update if delays reach an hour or longer and when we return normal service.
We’re improving our toilet facilities across our fleet and in our terminals. The next stage of this programme will be to update the toilets at Ryde FastCat terminal.
The refurbishment starts on Monday, 20 November 2017, and we’re aiming to complete the work two weeks later by Monday, 4 December 2017. Temporary portable toilets will be available throughout the works for passengers to use.
Regrettably there will be no accessible toilet at our Ryde FastCat terminal for the first five days (20 to 24 November), though full facilities will be available on all our sailings. The nearest accessible toilet in Ryde is at Ryde Esplanade train ticket office (closes at 6pm).
We apologise for any inconvenience caused while we improve our terminal.
