Lymington Carnival – Temporary Road Closures
Lymington <> Yarmouth
Sunday, 15 July, 2018 - Sunday, 15 July, 2018

Lymington Carnival – Temporary Road Closures

There will be temporary road closures on Sunday, 15 July 2018, as Lymington holds this year’s carnival.

Customers driving to our terminal are unlikely to be travelling through High Street. However, we’d advise allowing extra time for your journey while the procession travels along surrounding roads and as traffic will be busier.

  • 10:00 – 12:30 High Street will be closed from Church Lane to New Street.
  • 11:00 – 13:00 Rolling road closures will follow the carnival procession, which will start and finish at the Town Hall car park in Avenue Road.

The affected roads will be: Avenue Road (B3054), Southampton Road (A337), Queens Street (A337), St Thomas Street, High Street, Gosport Street, Cannon Street, North Close, East Hill, Avenue Road (B3054).

If you’re travelling with us to go and watch the carnival, we hope you have a very enjoyable day.
