Disabled travellers, FastCat linkspan problems (until further notice)
Portsmouth <> Ryde
Monday, 29 January, 2018 - Monday, 30 April, 2018

Disabled travellers, FastCat linkspan problems (until further notice)

Motorised wheelchairs and larger mobility scooters: sorry, until further notice our FastCat sailings are currently not accessible for passengers with motorised wheelchairs or larger mobility scooters. This is because our manual walkway is being used while repairs are made. The walkway is narrower than our usual linkspan and the angle may be steeper than usual.

Customers with mobility problems may also find it more difficult to board and disembark. If you need any assistance, please call our free Reduced Mobility Helpline on 0800 0938 236, if possible at least 48 hours before travel.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes our customers.

For more information on the assistance we can provide to customers with mobility difficulties, please visit our dedicated passenger assistance webpage here.

Busy sailings on Saturday, 28 April 2018

07:47 from Ryde to Portsmouth Harbour

22:45 from Portsmouth Harbour to Ryde

For the sailings above pre-booking is essential.
