Checking in

  • As a foot passenger, you'll need to check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing.

  • If you have an accessible travel booking, you must check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled sailing, but no earlier than an hour before.

  • We will try to accommodate late arrivals (those up to 2 hours late), provided there is space to do so, on the next available crossing. If you arrive more than two hours after your scheduled sailing time, a new ticket will need to be purchased.

Accessible travel

If you have a disability, reduced mobility, a medical condition or just need some extra assistance, get in touch with us at least 24 hours before you sailing and we should be able to help. You could also save money on your sailing with our Blue Badge discount.
