No show

From Monday 4 April 2016 we will be charging all business customers who do not turn up for their booked sailing without cancelling in advance. You will have to pay the full cost of the sailing.

Last year, more than 12,000 vehicles did not turn up for their booked sailing with Wightlink. That means our ferries have been sailing with empty space on board that we could have allocated to other customers.

It is easy to cancel your booking. You can do this online 24 hours a day if you have an account with us, you can call our dedicated Sales Support team during office hours on 023 9285 5260 or you can send an email to outofhours@wightlink.co.uk.

Nine out of ten customers already go online to manage their accounts efficiently with us. If you would more information about online accounts, or have any questions about the changes from April, please contact our Sales department at sales@wightlink.co.uk.
