Simply contact us using the MyLink enquiries form on our website or call our Contact Centre on 033 999 7333 for help. We will then cancel the previous account and reissue you with a new card.

Yes, you can. The MyLink foot passenger discount cannot be used to purchase a Multilink Pass. You can, however, use the discount on foot travel and by signing up you can also take advantage of the 15% off hot drinks and bottled water.

No, the discounts only apply to full price foot tickets. If the ticket price is already discounted (seniors, children etc) no discount will apply.

To take advantage of the offers all customers must sign up to MyLink. The membership is then attached to the customer account. If you don’t sign up, you don’t get the discounts.

Once you have has signed up to MyLink, your membership is attached to your customer record.

To book online you should log in using your account details and make the foot travel booking from the Isle of Wight as usual. The discount will then automatically apply to any foot bookings made.

If you book with the contact centre you must provide your customer number. The discount will then automatically apply to any foot bookings made.

If you prefer to book foot travel at one of our ticket offices, you must provide your customer number and the discount will be applied to the foot travel booking. MyLink card holders can make a group booking of up to 9 passengers on one ticket. All passengers must travel together on the outward and/or the return journey and the MyLink card holder must be travelling with the group on the outward and/or return or the full price of the ticket must be paid. You can use the 15% off hot drinks and bottled water on presentation of the MyLink card at any of our manned retail outlets. No discounts can be received on vended drinks, speciality coffees or teas. You can read the full terms and conditions for this promotion by clicking here.

The discount will be applied to all the hot drinks purchased by the MyLink card holder, but this number can only be up to the number of passengers on the ticket. For example, if there were 9 people travelling on the ticket purchased by the MyLink card holder, the card holder would receive a discount on all 9 applicable drinks. Mobility Scooters must be battery powered.
Electric bikes must retain the ability to be pedalled by the rider.
Pushbikes, e-bikes and battery powered Mobility scooters travel free of charge when a customer purchases a foot passenger ticket.
