    Travel information

    Disabled travellers, catamaran linkspan problems (until further notice)
    Portsmouth <> Ryde
    Thursday, 23 March, 2017 - Saturday, 15 April, 2017
    Wheelchairs and mobility scooters: sorry, until further notice our catamaran sailings are currently not accessible for passengers with wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Customers with mobility problems may also find it more difficult to board and disembark. If you need any assistance, please call our free Reduced Mobility Helpline on 0800 0938 236, if possible at least 48 hours before travel. Cyclists and pushchairs may have to carry this equipment on board when using the replacement gangway.
    This is because our manual walkway is being used while repairs are being made to our berth at Ryde Pier at our catamaran terminal.
    We will update here when we have more information on when the repairs will be complete.
