Foot passenger fares from the Isle of Wight to the mainland

Travelling on foot? Welcome aboard. All three Wightlink Isle of Wight ferry routes are perfect for foot passengers. Our mainland ferry terminals are right next to Portsmouth Harbour and Lymington Pier railway station and The Hard bus station in Portsmouth.

Getting from the Isle of Wight on foot

There are easy transport links to all of our Isle of Wight ferry terminals. A comprehensive bus service is run by Southern Vectis that covers the whole Island so whether you’re heading to Ryde, Fishbourne or Yarmouth, there’ll be a bus to pick you up.

Island Line train services run between Shanklin to Ryde Pier Head calling at Brading, Sandown and Lake. With Portsmouth Harbour Station just a short journey away, we can whisk you across to the Mainland, and beyond, in no time.
