The HO scale Model Railway was designed and built with the simple aims of being the biggest and best in Britain and among the top three in the world. No compromises have been made in procuring the best trains, buildings and scenery.
The German setting for the Railway was necessitated by Marklin being the only supplier offering a three rail system advanced enough to allow full computer control, this has resulted in us having a vast choice of buildings and models of which over 360 are used at Fort Victoria.
Fort Victoria Model Railway is the largest in the world to be completely computer controlled - each locomotive is controlled by a microcomputer which receives its instructions from the standard personal computer which is in overall control.
The Fort Vistoria Model Railway is part of Fort Victoria Country Park a great day out for all the family, other attractions include, Aquarium, Underwater Archaeology Centre and Planetarium. Free parking! A cafe, woodland walks and a beach.
