Situated within a row of traditional cottages is the National Trust shop and village museum (run by the Brighstone Museum Trust) with its interesting exhibition and evocative tableau about village life in the 19th century. The shop contains a wide range of books, cards and gifts for all occasions including many local items. Admission is free.

Opening Times and Special Events

Open: 3rd January 2011 - 21st April 2011, Monday-Saturday 10am-1pm;

22nd April - 27th May 2011, Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm;

28th May - 24th September 2011, Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm (also Sundays between 29th May - 25th September 12pm-5pm);

26th September - 23rd December 2011, Monday - Saturday 10am-4pm.
