Models, paintings and an extensive photographic archive illustrate the former shipbuilding industry which provided the Navy with vessels for several centuries. Also a collection of boats representing the modern yacht building industry, including Prince Philip's `Coweslip'.

Entry to the museum is free.

Opening Times and Special Events

Open: All year round on Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am-5:30pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm & Saturdays 9:30am-4:30pm.
