  • All prices include handling fees. All bookings are subject to a £8.50 special delivery postage charge per booking.
  • Only Car with Camping packages include a space in the on site WIGHT car park. If you are buying NON Camping tickets, DAY tickets or booking your ferry travel separately and wish to purchase on site car parking then please call our Call Centre 0871 376 1000 (calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras) where they will be able to include this in your booking.
  • Regrettably we cannot post to addresses outside of the UK. If you are purchasing tickets from outside of the UK they will be available for collection at the Ticket Office on the day of your departure.
  • You will receive confirmation of your booking and Etickets for your travel but please note that your IOW Festival tickets/wristbands will not be dispatched until June 2013.
  • Passengers booked under the same booking reference must travel out and back together, else tickets will be liable to a surcharge to the applicable single/return journey. Should any of your group wish to travel at alternative sailing times then new individual bookings must be made.
  • Weekend Camping or Non-Camping packages for the Isle of Wight Festival 2013 can be bought using a Deposit Ticket Scheme (DTS) that allows tickets to be paid for over 3 payments. Important Notes

Please read carefully before booking tickets

Validity & Travel Restrictions: Valid for ferry travel Thursday 13 June - Tuesday 18 June 2013. Car tickets are valid for a car up to 6m long and 2.25m high. Foot passenger Festival ticket holders will not be permitted to travel on the Portsmouth-Fishbourne route during peak times (0800-1700) and on the Lymington-Yarmouth route travel during peak times (0800-1700) will be dependant on the sailings capacity.

Motorhomes/ Caravanettes: Motorhomes/caravanettes can travel on car tickets up to 6m in length and 2.25m in height if buying a non-camping ticket. HOWEVER on camping packages the pitch included does not allow for a vehicle.

Campervans: Campervan permits are ONLY available to purchase via Ticket Master on 08444 99 99 55.

Campsite: The campsite opens at 12:00 on Thursday 13 June and closes at 12:00 on Monday 17 June. Strawberry Fields will be open for campers only on Thursday 13th June from 6pm - 11pm.

Booking: Tickets are available Wightlink Call Centre on 0871 376 1000 (calls cost 7p perminute, plus network extras) or by booking online

Tickets: Maximum 6 festival tickets per household. Multiple bookings and group bookings are not permited. IOW Festival & ferry tickets are non-refundable, and strictly non-transferable.

Charges: The rates quoted above include all booking fees and a special delivery postage of £8.50 will be added to each booking.

Children & infants: Children who are aged 6 and under on 13 June 2013, will have access to the Festival free of charge (but must have a free festival entrance ticket or wristband). Children aged 7 to 12 years on 13 June 2013 will pay a reduced Festival entry rate. A child who is 13 years of age on 13 June 2013 must purchase a full price Adult festival ticket.

Any person aged 5 years or over is required to buy a ferry ticket. Child and infant tickets will not be sold as individual tickets. All child & infant tickets MUST be bought in conjunction with an adult ticket.

Anyone under the age of 16 years MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (18yrs+). 16 & 17 year olds can be responsible for themselves but CANNOT take care of an under 16 year old. Adults accompanied by a person aged 16 or under is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of that person and must exercise their discretion as to where to take them and the bands or acts that they may see.

Foot Passenger Transport: Please be aware that bus connections are available at Ryde and Yarmouth but no direct public transport connections are available at the Fishbourne Terminal. From the end of the Festival on the Sunday until midday on Monday, Southern Vectis will be running return festival shuttles back to all ferry ports to connect with all departing ferries (including departures through the night).

Disabled/Special Needs Access: All Special Needs customers should call Ticket Master to purchase tickets. If you are registered disabled your carer is entitled to a free ticket, you need to make Ticket Master on 0844 847 1655 aware of this when you make your purchase.

Gates open times: Friday gates open at 2pm, the Main Arena closes at midnight, Strawberry Fields close at 2am. Saturday gates open at 11am, the Main Arena closes at midnight, Strawberry Fields close at 2am. Sunday gates open at 11am, the Main Arena closes at 11pm, Strawberry Fields close at 1am

Wristbands: Wristbands are strictly non-duplicate if stolen, lost or destroyed in error.

PROMOTERS CONDITIONS OF ISSUE:

This Entrance Wristband is issued for the IOW Festival by the Promoter subject to the following Conditions.

1 The use of this Entrance Wristband shall constitute acceptance by the Bearer of the Conditions of Issue and imply an undertaking on the part of the Bearer to observe them and any other notice or regulation issued by the Promoter and displayed at the Venue.

2 All Entrance Wristbands remain the property of the Promoter and are not transferable save to those persons for whom the tickets were purchased as part of a group booking. Those persons will be subject to the Conditions of Issue which will apply as if he/she were the original recipient of the Entrance Wristband.

3 The Bearer must affix his or her own Entrance Wristband prior to entering the Venue in accordance with the instructions which will be supplied by the Promoter with the Entrance Wristband. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage to an Entrance Wristband not affixed in accordance with the instructions.

4 This Entrance Wristband may not be offered as a prize in a promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package or used for any other commercial purpose without the written consent of the Promoter. Entrance Wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources, including from Internet touts or via Internet auction sites will be void and will not permit entry to the Venue.

5 The Promoter reserves the right to search all persons and personal property upon entry to and while at the Venue. Glass items, candles, knives, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles or banners and any items which in the absolute discretion of the Promoter are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival are prohibited.

6 (a) NON-CAMPING ENTRANCE WRISTBAND HOLDERS – no glass, cans, alcohol or food to be brought into the IOW Festival Site. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in 500ml plastic bottles with unbroken seals are permitted.
(b) CAMPING ENTRANCE WRISTBAND HOLDERS - alcohol, food and cans are permitted in the Campsite only.
(c) COOKING in the Campsite will be permitted on camping gas stoves and disposable BBQs ONLY in designated areas. These must be used sensibly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Cooking on gas where installed in a campervan parked within the official campervan area is also permitted. Cooking by all other means including open fires, BBQs (other than disposable) and any other kind of gas appliance is strictly prohibited and all such items will be confiscated. Cooking in tents is banned.

7 But for the exceptions set out in this clause, any equipment capable of recording (whether temporarily or permanently) or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual, material is prohibited. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Venue but the use of mobile telephones for such activities is prohibited. Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the Bearer agrees to pay the Promoter the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs for commercial use.

8 Items prohibited by the Conditions of Issue shall not be brought to the Venue. Any permitted items used contrary to the Conditions of Issue and any prohibited items shall be confiscated without any liability on the Promoter to safeguard or return such items.

9 The Bearer shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale) within the Venue any consumer article or commercial product of any nature or purchase any such item from any vendor not authorised by the Promoter.

10 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Venue or eject any person from the Venue if, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, the Bearer may be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the IOW Festival, for example if the Bearer refuses to be searched upon entering the Venue or whilst at the Venue, appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively or in possession of any item prohibited by the Conditions of Issue or undertaking any act prohibited by the Conditions of Issue or fails to comply with any lawful instruction issued by or on behalf of the Promoter.

11 The Promoter reserves the right to alter or change the IOW Festival programme, without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued should the programme be altered or if a particular artist does not appear, including headline acts.

12 Entrance Wristbands cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the entire IOW Festival is cancelled, in which event you will be offered Entrance Wristbands at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Entrance Wristband or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled Festival or the Festival is not rescheduled, a full refund.

13 If the IOW Festival is cancelled, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses wasted or incurred by the Bearer including, but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.

14 The Bearer gives their irrevocable and free of charge express consent to the use of their actual or simulated voice or likeness in connection with the advertising, promotion or commercial exploitation of the IOW Festival or any past or future festival by the Promoter or any licensee of the Promoter in any media for any period throughout the world.

15 This Entrance Wristband will not permit access to any platform, disabled enclosure or disabled parking. You must book disabled/special needs Entrance Wristbands in advance by calling Ticket Master on 0844 847 1655 (subject to limited availability).

16 Families are welcome at the IOW Festival. Parents are reminded that there are areas of the Venue, especially immediately in front of the stage, and some bands or acts that are inappropriate for children and may contain adult content. Children aged 6 and under as at 13 June 2013, will have access to the IOW Festival free of charge. Children aged 7 to 12 years will pay a reduced rate. Any Parent accompanied by a person aged 16 or under is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of that person and must exercise their discretion as to where to take them and the bands or acts that they may see.

17 There is a designated area on the campsite for Families which is subject to availability. There is a Kids’ Zone located in Strawberry Fields which provides entertainment for Children during the IOW Festival. Children must be accompanied by a Parent at all times.

18 Any breach of the Conditions of Issue will render this Entrance Wristband automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Entrance Wristband shall be withdrawn without any refund. For the avoidance of doubt, this will include refusal of entry to the Venue or ejection from the Venue, as applicable.

19 Admission to the Venue is at the Bearer’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property in or around the Venue during, before or after the IOW Festival.

20 These Conditions of Issue are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Court.

21 Definitions: In these Conditions of Issue, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
“Bearer” means the holder of this Entrance Wristband;
“Conditions of Issue” means these terms and conditions governing the issue and use of an Entrance Wristband and the terms upon which the Bearer is permitted to enter and remain within the Venue;
“Child” means a child of 12 and under;
"IOW Festival" & “Festival” means the Isle of Wight Festival;
“Festival Site” means the Main Arena and Strawberry Fields;
“Parent” means a parent or person acting in loco parentis;
“Promoter” means Solo Promoters Limited, 55 Fulham High Street, London SW6 3JJ and, where the context requires, those acting on its behalf such as stewards and security guards;
“Entrance Wristband” means an Entrance Wristband issued for the Festival;
“Venue” means the Isle of Wight Festival Site and the Campsite
