Portsmouth – Fishbourne ships
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic people to join our on-board Passenger Services Teams for the spring /summer period based at our port in Gunwharf, Portsmouth.
In this role you will be a primary contact for our customers during their journeys to and from the Isle of Wight.
Successful candidates will be confident, friendly and engaging with strong customer service and communication skills. As the first point of contact in the passenger lounges, you will be expected to handle a variety of queries, deal effectively with customer complaints and encourage customers to provide feedback so that we continuously improve the service we offer. You will also have effective team working skills and provide appropriate support and feedback to operational and customer relations colleagues to ensure a great customer experience travelling with Wightlink.
As a Cabin Attendant you will be employed on a 6-9 month fixed term contract to initially cover our spring /summer period commencing March 2018. Full training will be given.
