Portsmouth Harbour, Gunwharf, Ryde, Fishbourne, Lymington and Yarmouth Terminals
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to join our customer reception teams initially for the busy spring/summer periods.
In this role you will assist in the efficient running of the Terminal based in either a ticket office and or traffic/passenger marshalling role.
Key elements of the role are:
Successful candidates will be friendly, courteous and helpful in their communications with customers; reliable, conscientious and flexible in their approach to their duties. A good standard of education, numeracy and literacy skills are essential. Safety is a critical element of our operation, so the ability to respond positively to instruction and to communicate clearly and with confidence are also essential features of the roles.
As a Journey Ambassador, you will be employed on a 6-9 month fixed term contract to initially cover our spring/summer period commencing March 2018. You will be required to work across all days of the week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
