Passenger Code of Conduct
The management and staff would like to welcome you to Wightlink.
Passengers are reminded that abusive/offensive behaviour or language directed at Wightlink staff or other passengers will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Wightlink will assist and support any employee or passenger and will always take the strongest action against offenders, to include prosecution.
The Company has the right to refuse passage to anyone it believes will cause annoyance or injury to other staff or passengers, including drunken behaviour, or those whose presence it considers will be prejudicial to the safety of the Company's property, ships, staff or other passengers.
It is prohibited to tamper with any equipment at terminals or onboard ships.
Please report to any member of staff if there are any passengers who fail to respect the comfort of others.
