A bit about The Studio

Designed by the owner, the Studio is a fabulous barn conversion between the villages of Calbourne and Carisbrooke. As you enter the Studio, you walk into the open plan living/ diner and are welcomed by high ceilings,a spiral staircase and wood-burning stove. There is also a lovely large wooden dining room table ideal for family meals in the stunning surroundings. Off the main living room is a conservatory, which spans the whole length of the barn, looking out to the orchards and countryside beyond the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. The Studio offers three good size double bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor alongside the family bathroom, which is ideal for anybody who might find the spiral staircase a little difficult. Up the spiral staircase on the mezzanine are two double bedrooms in the eaves with a glass window overlooking the living room. Outside there is a picnic table to enjoy the views with a glass of wine in the sunshine with uninterrupted views of the diverse Isle of Wight countryside and parking for two vehicles. The Piglet, the smaller of the two barns, can be rented alongside The Studio for larger parties.
