Please be advised that owing to
operational reasons, it has been necessary to cancel the following
sailings:

Yarmouth:
Linkspan works |
|
Wightlink wishes
to advise customers that, in conjunction with Yarmouth
Harbour Commissioners, planned works to the linkspan at
Yarmouth Harbour will be carried out in the period 10th
March to end-May 2008. All efforts will be made to minimise
disruption at Yarmouth Harbour for the duration of the
works.
From 25th March
access to the linkspan at Yarmouth will cease and the ferry
service will operate off the old slipway. The ferry service
will resume operation from the linkspan week commencing 26
May 2008, or earlier.

Lymington:
Bridge Road closure |
|
We have
been advised that length of B3054 Bridge Road Lymington
between its junction with Waterloo Road and its junction
with Undershore Road will be closed for no longer than
between 2200 hrs Thursday 17th April and 0100 hrs Friday
18th April 2008.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES
From the south-western point of closure via B3054
Lymington/A337 Somerford/A35 Lyndhurst/A337 Cadnam/A336/A326
via Netley Marsh, Totton and Dibden Purlieu/B3054 via
Beaulieu and Portmore to Lymington.
From the northeastern point of closure B3054 via Beaulieu to
Dibden Purlieu/A326/A35 via Totton and Lyndhurst, A35 to
Somerford/A337 via Highcliffe and New Milton to Lymington.
Passengers travelling to and from the ferry terminal are
advised to allow extra time if travelling at this time and
may need to follow one of the above diversions.

Foot passengers please note:
For safety and security reasons, all passengers who
embark as a foot passenger BUT leave the ferry in a
vehicle, are requested to notify a member of staff
before disembarking. |
