Electric Woods presents – Festival of Light inspired by DiwaliBook
Robin Hill’s electric woods will host a stunning spectacle of creatively themed light, colour, sound and entertainment, inspired by the Hindu festival of Diwali, where ‘light triumphs over darkness’.
The Festival of Light will be taking place on the following dates:
27 & 28 September
4 & 5 October
11 & 12 October
18 – 27 October
1 & 2 November
The unique outdoor event is set in transformed woodlands, filled with innovative lighting displays and special effects. Each theme has its own area, from the digital displays of modern India to the serenity of spiritual India.
The park’s newest adventure, Jungle Heights, will get its own makeover, brought to life with LED lighting and smoke machines – so you can immerse yourself in energetic, jungle-inspired fun and truly get lost in the treetops.
Everyone is invited to get colourful with Holi powder and enjoy authentic cuisine, from curries to kebabs and traditional teas in an Indian bazaar. Marvel at the epic Electro-Light Circus, returning more intense than before. The incredible show featuring mind-boggling light tricks, acrobatics and circus skills is a must-see this autumn!
The kids can get involved with Rangoli Art and Lantern Decorating workshops, indulge in some traditional henna art and marvel at the ambient street entertainment.
