Important information:

  • Passengers with vehicles must arrive at the ferry terminal at least 30 minutes, but not more than one hour, before sailing.
  • Foot passengers must arrive at the ferry terminal at least 15 minutes before sailing.
  • Please allow a little longer if collecting tickets.
  • Remember, sailings within one hour will be displayed, but are not bookable online - book early to secure your sailing.
  • Barriers for vehicles and foot passengers will close three minutes before sailing to help ensure service punctuality.
  • Ferries may sail a little before or after advertised times due to operational reasons.
  • The 01:00 sailing from Fishbourne and 03:00 sailing from Portsmouth have restricted passenger numbers on Tuesdays

Bicycles and mobility scooters

Mobility Scooters must be battery powered.
Electric bikes must retain the ability to be pedalled by the rider.
Pushbikes, e-bikes and battery powered Mobility scooters travel free of charge when a customer purchases a foot passenger ticket.
No need to book separately.
