Your account

Want to amend your booking before you travel, top up your pass or update your details? No need to call us – just sign in to your account. No booking or amendment fees are charged online. To amend your booking after you’ve made your outward journey, you will need to call us.

Wightlink is not responsible for any personal items left on board our vessels. However, we will do everything that we can to trace your lost property.

On the Portsmouth Harbour to Ryde Pier Head catamaran route, all property left on board is taken to Portsmouth Harbour ticket office.

On the Lymington to Yarmouth car ferry route, all property left on board is taken to Lymington ticket office.

On the Portsmouth to Fishbourne car ferry route, all property left on board is taken to Portsmouth ticket office.

Once we have confirmed that we have found your property, it may be collected from the relevant location.

Lost property left at our ports will be stored at the port in question for 12 weeks before being sold and/or donated to local charity shops.

During Bank Holidays, School Holidays and Festival periods our Contact Centre experiences high volumes of calls.

When contacting us by phone, booking and amendment fees apply to most tickets. No booking or amendment fees are charged online.
