Rating

Step aboard and be part of the crew that keeps everything shipshape. You’ll help ensure our sailings run smoothly and safely, from loading vehicles and supporting navigation to delivering top-notch service for every customer on board.

It’s a hands-on role where no two days are the same and the Solent is your office.

Café Steward

It’s more than just making great coffee. As a Café Steward, you’ll serve food and drinks with a smile, keep the café spotless and help customers feel at home – whether at our ports or onboard.

You’ll also be trained in safety procedures, ready to assist in an emergency and help keep everyone safe, informed and happy on their journey.

Port Operations

Be part of the team that keeps our ports running smoothly, from check-in to boarding, making sure our customers feel welcome, supported and ready for their journey.
