Vacancy: Engineering and Estates Administrator (Apprenticeship)

Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Estates – the Engineering & Estates Administrator will provide administration support across a range of activities to the Engineering and Estates (E&E) department.

  • 35 hour week (Monday to Friday)

  • Day release for training with local training providers

Key elements of the role are:

  • Timesheet coordination
  • SharePoint administrator
  • Bunker delivery receipts management
  • Data entry
  • Board report collation
  • Internal and external mail support
  • Administration of pre-paid cards
  • Financial management administration
  • Training administration
  • Minute taking
  • Arrangement of departmental meetings and events
