A virtual vacation

Leisure travel is firmly on hold but the Isle of Wight remains as beautiful as ever, and we don’t want you to miss out on any of the action. So we thought we’d bring you a taste of the Island from the safety of your own home and give you the chance to get away from it all.

Get to know the Island’s famous attractions, beaches and landmarks below, with 360° tours, chats with local experts and, of course, a selection of beautiful photos.

360° tours

Last year, we explored some of the Isle of Wight’s best landmarks and picked up some fantastic 360° footage along the way. There’s no better time to share it, so you can explore a little bit of the Island from your own home.

Staying at home with...

As you can’t travel there right now, we’re bringing the Isle of Wight to you. So we’ve been in touch with people across the Island to see what they’ve been getting up to during the coronavirus lockdown, giving you a peak inside their lives.

First up is Nettlecombe Farm – we absolutely adore Dave the lamb – and we also take a quick peek behind the scenes at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway.

Adopt a donkey

Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary takes care of over 100 donkeys and ponies, and you can support them by adopting one.
