Yarmouth Sea Songs Festival

Now bigger and better than ever, ‘Yarmouth Sea Songs and Shanties’, will once again take place on The Green, opposite Yarmouth Harbour. This free festival is a celebration of folk songs of the sea and the sailors who went about their business on it.

With a great line up featuring Island talent as well as acts from the mainland, there’s plenty to watch and opportunities for participation.

Alongside the performances there will be beer tents, food stalls and other entertainments to ensure visitors can relax and soak up the unique atmosphere of this popular event.

Donations, sponsorship and contributions go towards running the festival with the vast majority of funds going to The Needles Coastwatch (NCI).
