Isle of Wight Steam Railway – Havenstreet, Ryde

Isle of Wight Steam Railways presents the Festival of Transport. If you’re a vehicle lover, including cars, lorries, bikes, trucks and more, then this is the event for you!

Displays are curated with the pride and joy of individuals, from vintage trucks and old-fashioned bicycles to modern day beautifully polished cars. There is something for everyone.

Round up your day with a countryside cruise on one of their steam trains, which are reminiscent of Island transport from a bygone era. You can even wander over to the Train Story Discovery Centre to learn more about the history of the Island’s railway.

Entry to this event is FREE – please collect a free entry ticket at their booking office.

If you wish to board the steam train, usual operating day fares apply – book online to reserve.
