IOW Steam Railway: Beer and Steam

10 – 11 October 2026
Havenstreet

Join the Autumn beer festival at Isle of Wight Steam Railway for a delightful fusion of beer and steam.

Immerse yourself in a wide array of real ales, including a selection of ciders to satisfy the sweeter palate.

Even better, admission to this festival is absolutely free.

The bar will be open from 11:00 – 17:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to board the steam train, usual operating day fares apply.

This year there will even be live music every day from 13:00 until 16:00.

Travel to the festival: leave the car at home and travel on Island Line from Ryde, Brading, Sandown or Shanklin, connecting with steam trains at Smallbrook Junction. Alternatively, there are regular buses to Wootton station from Ryde and Newport, with onward connections to the rest of the Island.
