Walk the Wight

10 May 2026

Get ready for beautiful rolling hills, historic villages, natural landmarks and stunning coastal views at Walk the Wight 2026.

Choose from a variety of walks and distances, suitable for a variety of ages and abilities.

Every year, the event raises hundreds of thousands of pounds for Mountbatten, allowing the hospice to provide expert care and support to Island families when they need it most. In 2024, a whopping £560,000 was raised.

Founded by Bill Bradley and Frank Stevens three decades ago as a small team-building exercise for staff at Morey’s (now known as Jewson), it has evolved into the largest fundraising event on the Isle of Wight, and the largest sponsored walk of its kind in Europe.

Registration for 2026 is now open – sign up here.
