Isle of Wight Literary Festival 2019Book
Entering its eighth year, the Isle of Wight Literary Festival returns to Northwood House on Thursday, 10 to Sunday, 13 October 2019.
The Literary Festival is a not-for-profit charitable trust. Over time the Festival has gone from strength to strength and has had a wide range of speakers, from Max Hastings to Mary Berry, Michael Morpurgo to Deborah Moggach and Andrew Marr to Val McDermid.
By bringing authors to the Isle of Wight to share their work, the festival gives you the chance to experience the ideas, inspiration, entertainment and information that is unleashed when the pages of a good book are turned.
Once again, a diverse programme is being created with over 50 fascinating authors sharing their enthusiasm for their subject, with unique insights in their latest work. There is something for everyone if you are interested in history, maritime adventure, murder mysteries, politics, espionage, gardening, or travel – there will be a truly rich selection of speakers to enjoy.
