Isle of Wight Randonnee 2019Book
The Isle of Wight Randonnee is a free, non-competitive cycling event that regularly draws in thousands of enthusiastic cyclists from across the country.
Established in 1985 by the Wayfarer Cycle Touring Club, it’s a longstanding ride that caters to all abilities, with both a 55km and 100km route. Each route tours the Island clockwise, offering spectacular views across land and sea.
A family event, the Randonee isn’t about racing around the Island as swiftly as possible – between 9:00am and 6:00pm, simply cycle the route at your leisure and take in the wonders of the Isle of Wight.
Cyclists are advised to pre-register online in order to avoid queues on the day. Registration opens in the New Year.
If you complete the 100km route or the 55km route you will receive a Randonnee certificate and, to celebrate your success, you’ll be able to pick up your very own Randonnee badge this year.
