How do I use a Gift Voucher/Customer Service Voucher/Prize-Winners’ Voucher?

It’s easy to book online using a Customer Service Voucher or a Prize-Winner’s Voucher. Just go to make your booking and select ‘Gift Voucher / Customer Service Voucher’ at the payment stage. If you prefer you can call our Contact Centre and the team will make the booking and take the Voucher number for you. A booking fee may apply if you book through our Contact Centre.

Please note that it’s not currently possible to use a voucher to pay for Season Tickets or Multilinks online. Please call us if you want to use your voucher on these tickets.
