What is Priority Boarding?

Priority Boarding is a new service that allows you to be one of the first cars on and/or off our car ferries. It’s available on most of our car ferries on our Portsmouth to Fishbourne route.

Priority boarding can be booked for cars up to 5 metres in length and 2.24 metres in height and on sailings between 07:00 and 19:00. You’ll need to check in on time (at least 30 minutes before your scheduled sailing) to ensure your priority spot on board.

If you choose to travel on an alternate sailing to the one booked, Priority Boarding may not be offered, and the Priority Boarding cost will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, Priority Boarding is not available on cars with trailers of any kind.
