The Prize:
The winner will receive a voucher to use when booking a holiday at any Parkdean Resorts holiday park, up to the value of £500, subject to availability and holiday park opening dates.
The winner will also receive £300 of Wightlink ferry travel vouchers.
The prize must be claimed within one holiday booking arriving no later than six months after the issue date.
The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £500. No change will be given for any booking made for less than £500.
Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.
Discount codes and offers are not applicable on any remaining balance that needs to be paid by the winner.
Travel is not included except for £300 of Wightlink ferry travel vouchers.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.
Parkdean Resorts UK Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
The prize will be subject to Parkdean Resorts’ standard holiday booking conditions.
Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors and Parkdean Resorts UK Limited will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Entrants must be 18+. Cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash/vouchers.
This prize draw is open to entrants resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter or of any of their group companies. Only one entry will be accepted per person. No automated, third-party or bulk entries. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries, or those not received for whatever reason.
There is no cash alternative in full or in part to the prize and each part of the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The winner will be selected at random by an independently verified computer system from all entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s personal data will be shared with all prize providers in order to ensure fulfilment of the competition prize.
