Travelling during the coronavirus pandemic

Read our dedicated coronavirus page for the latest updates from us.

  • Face coverings must be worn on board

  • We've achieved the We’re Good to Go’ mark from VisitEngland

  • Our bookings are flexible and we have large, open onboard spaces for social distancing

Read our coronavirus updates
You’ll be pleased to know that we have plenty of space for social distancing onboard in our spacious passenger lounges or outside decks. We have also achieved the ‘We’re Good to Go’ mark from VisitEngland which shows that we’ve made necessary changes to our service because of coronavirus. We’d recommend booking a ‘Standard’ ticket, which gives you reassurance if things change in your area or ours. There are no online amendment fees on either of our vehicle ticket types – Standard or Economy – so you won’t lose out if you change your mind about when you want to sail but our Standard vehicle ticket has the added benefit of being refundable (minus a cancellation fee of £5).
