We offer discounted vehicle and foot tickets to customers with a Blue Badge and discounted foot tickets for customers with an ENCTS Card or Disabled Persons Railcard.
These are the discounts available:
The Blue Badge, ENCTS or Disabled Persons Railcard discount cannot be used with any other special offer and applies to personal leisure vehicles only, including cars and Motorhomes. Minibuses and vans can only be booked as a personal leisure vehicle if they have been converted for use by a passenger with a disability and have less than eight passenger seats onboard.
Once you’ve made your online or phone booking, please let us know how we can help at least 48 hours before you travel. We will then assess your needs and ensure that we can meet them on your chosen sailing, including if you are bringing any specialist equipment on board.
Should we be unable to help, we will explain why and may ask you to travel on an alternative sailing.
If you don’t advise us in advance, we will still do our best to allow you travel as soon as possible after you arrive at the port. However this may mean your departure is delayed and assistance will not be guaranteed.

Companions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and will not be charged provided they travel with you and return on the next available crossing. When you arrive at the port please make yourself known at check in. Our team will then place a leaflet under your windscreen if travelling by car and ask you to park and wait in one of our car lanes. If you’re travelling by foot, our team will direct you to the priority seating area and advise you when to board.
