If you’re buying online, your Season Ticket will be valid immediately. You can pick up your paper ticket and paper Reward Pass from one of our Ticket Offices if you’d like. If you have purchased either an Education and Training Season Ticket or a Student Season Ticket online, you will need to provide proof of entitlement, usually photo ID, the first time you use it. We accept valid:
If you’re buying in one of our Ticket Offices, simply show up and a member of staff will arrange your Season Ticket for you. For Education and Training and Student Season Ticket applications, you will need to bring photo ID from the list above.
Direct Debit applicants will need to bring a completed Direct Debit application form.
The easiest way to use your Season Ticket is to download the Wightlink app and simply show your ticket to staff when boarding. Watch our handy guide below.
You may be asked for photo ID when showing your ticket. We accept photo driving licence, Passport or HM forces ID cards.
First you will need an online account that’s connected to your Season Ticket. If you’ve not already set up for this then fill out the Multilink and Season Ticket online setup form and we’ll get you set up. You can then login online.
You can’t top up Season tickets, you have to purchase a new one each time. If you have an account and you’ve already purchased, you can repurchase a ticket using the same details each time. You can only postdate a Season ticket at a ticket office, not when purchasing online.
