Regular travellers - save with a Multilink Foot Passenger Pass

You can purchase a new Multilink Passenger Pass online using the link below. Once you’ve purchased your pass, you can download it onto the Wightlink app. If you’d prefer a paper ticket, contact us with the pass number and we’ll send you one.

When you travel, you may be asked to supply photo ID – a photo driving licence, passport or HM Forces ID card are all acceptable.

If you are purchasing a Student Multilink Passenger Pass, you’ll be asked to show your student ID when you travel – a valid NUS, Student Rider, UCAS, NUS Extra of IW College Student ID card will do.

If you’d like to refill an existing pass with the same number of journeys that you previously purchased – 20 singles, for example – then you don’t need a new Multilink Pass. You can top it up online in the ‘Your account’ section, through the Wightlink app or by phone. 

Unfortunately, once you’ve purchased a Multilink Passenger Pass, it cannot be upgraded to a different number of journeys. For example, a pass of 20 may only be topped up with another pass of 20. To get a different level of journeys, you’ll need to purchase a new pass.

• You can check in up to 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing

• If you’ve booked accessible travel, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your crossing.

• Early or late arrivals can still travel on an alternate sailing if it's on the same route and same day, subject to availability.
