Logging into your Multilink account
First you’ll need an online account that’s connected to your Multilink Pass. If you’re not already set up for this then fill out the Multilink online setup form and we’ll get you set up. You can then login online.
Cancelling and changing a booking
Please cancel any journeys you no longer require as another passenger may need this space.
To cancel or change a journey you have booked please visit the My bookings page.
Topping up your Multilink Pass
You can top up your Multilink Pass online, by phone, or by visiting our Wightlink Ticket Office.
Please note: Once you have purchased a Pass, it cannot be upgraded to a different Multilink product as the level of discount is set. E.g. A Pass of 20 may only be topped up with another Pass of 20. Although you can top up multiple times, this does not increase the level of discount. You can also purchase an additional pass of a different size to receive that level of discount.
We accept photo driving licence, Passport or HM forces ID cards. Alternatively, bring a passport sized Photo ID card with you at the time of purchase and we can issue a Wightlink Photo ID card to use with your Multilink Pass.
