What to expect at the port

In your vehicle

When you arrive, pull up, and a member of our team will check your ticket and direct you to a lane in which to park and wait for the ferry. Feel free to use our port facilities but do try to be back in your vehicle and ready to go at least 15 minutes before your booked sailing time.

When you’re instructed to board the ferry, please follow the team’s instructions. Switch off your headlights. When you drive onto the ferry the crew will direct you to a parking space on deck. Be aware of passengers walking across decks and other vehicles parking on board.

On foot

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing time and head into the Ticket Office and down the foot passenger walkway, where there is a separate foot passenger entrance.

Someone will scan your ticket and you’ll be let on board.

If you’re bringing along a bicycle, please leave this on the vehicle deck at the front of the ferry and await further instructions from the crew when embarking and disembarking the vessel.
